On this website we are concerned with the traditional British breakfast commonly refereed to as a fry up. Every country on our island has a version of putting dead things in butter and frying them no matter if it be a full scottish, welsh, english or ulster fry the core principals remain the same.
As an Edinburgh Resident and fan of stuff fryed in butter I felt this blog was a natural meeting of my talents writing incoherent babal and putting stuff in my mouth.
Over the course of the blog I will visit cafes and pubs over this fine city and sample their wares. We will mark the fry up on the following criteria scoring out of 10 for each.
1 - Presentation.
2 - Quality / Taste of produce
3 - Value for money
4 - Added Extras
5 - Dinning Experience
It is also my intention to keep an amalgamated score and have a league table of the top 10 fry ups in Edinburgh and also keep an updated map with the places I have visited and a link to the review of their breakfasts.
